A new installation of Windows 10 comes equipped with some apps and games from the Windows Store.
Such suggested apps and games like Candy Crush may not have any use to you and uninstalling them will free up some space on you drive.
If you find these apps unnecessary you can easily uninstall them with a couple of clicks.
This tutorial will also mostly work if you want to uninstall a program that you’ve got from outside the Windows Store.
The programs should also be displayed with the apps.
If a program is not listed in the display, you can remove it by using the uninstaller executable found in the installation folder of the program if it has one.
If you can’t find the uninstaller there are third-party software available that will do it for you like Revo Uninstaller wich you can download for free.
This tutorial will show you how to uninstall an app in Windows 10.
A video tutorial is available at the bottom of the post.
Move your mouse to the Windows 10 icon, right-click and afterwards select ‘Settings’.
Click on ‘Apps’.
Select the app you want to uninstall,
then click on ‘Uninstall’ and once more on ‘Uninstall’.
