If Windows is set in the language you want, most of the time you don’t want the change the keyboard layout as the best option has already been set with the language.
Different keyboard layouts are based on the ease of the most used letters in a language at your fingertips so you can type faster.
The most common used keyboard layouts in Windows 10 are based on AZERTY or QWERTY.
If you have multiple keyboard layouts you can easily switch between them
using the shortcut SHIFT + ALT.
This tutorial will show you how to change the keyboard layout in Windows 10.

Move your mouse to the Windows 10 icon, right-click and select ‘Settings’.
Click on ‘Time & Language’.
Go to the tab ‘Region & Language’,
click on the installed language and click on ‘Options’.
Click on the plus sign next to ‘Add a keyboard’ and select the keyboard layout you want.
Optional: Step 5
This is optional but if you want you can delete the previous keyboard layout
by clicking on the ‘Remove’ button.
You have now changed the keyboard layout in Windows 10.
